We believe counselling is a collaborative and confidential process which supports you in addressing concerns of the whole person, which can include exploring your thoughts, feelings, behaviours, somatic awareness and spiritual well-being. It is our hope that through counselling you will gain deeper personal insights and awareness, better ways of understanding and coping, and deeply improved relationships with yourself and your loved ones.

Individual Counselling
Counselling helps make sense of past and present wounds, and create new moves aimed at increased clarity, deeper connection and enduring relationships. It is structured, humanistic, experiential approach and supports individuals dealing with a variety of issues. When you’re ready for new possibilities, we’re here to walk alongside.
Relationship Counselling
Booking with an important person? Relationship counselling helps make sense of past and present wounds, and create new moves aimed at increased clarity, deeper connection and enduring relationships. It is generally shorter term (8 to 20 sessions) structured, humanistic, experiential approach and supports persons dealing with depression, anxiety, trauma, medical illness, and challenges regarding forgiveness. It is effective across cultures and education, and with traditional and non-traditional relationships.
